David Skelton, the owner and president of Evergreen UV LLC, will be speaking at the Northern Indiana ASHRAE Chapter’s lunch meeting on March 21, 2024 on the topic of Pathogen Control. The presentation will provide an overview of the fundamentals of installing germicidal light to neutralize airborne virus, bacteria, and mold for improved indoor air quality, and eliminating biological surface contamination within AHU’s / cooling coils to increase energy efficiency and address decarbonization. The new ASHRAE Standard 241 Standard, ‘Control of Infectious Aerosols’, will also be discussed.
