2026 Research Promotion Golf Outing 

ABOUT

First, I want to thank you for your past support. Last year we were able to donate $15,000.00 to ASHRAE Research through the golf outing. The largest part of this contribution is due to your help and sponsorship of a hole at this outing.

This year our outing is scheduled for Tuesday, June 09 at Scherwood Golf Club in Schererville, Indiana. We had nearly 90 golfers participate in the outing in 2025 and everyone had a great day. (Please see the attached flyer for information on this years outing).

All proceeds from the event go to the Northern Indiana Scholarship Fund.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES

Registration includes use of the practice range, limited locker room facilities, 18 holes of golf (scramble/best ball format) with cart, (8) tickets good for hot dogs/beer/pop @ clubhouses & halfway house, social hour on patio, cash bar and golf prizes.

SPONSOR A HOLE

You can sponsor a hole for $300!  Your sponsorship includes: hole sign, list on our website, credit to your company for a portion of the funds we contribute to the Northern Indiana ASHRAE Scholarship Fund.  If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to either sponsor a hole, or to submit a donation directly to the Northern Indiana ASHRAE Scholarship Fund.
