Electrical Engineering for Mechanical Engineers and Architects
What are Volts and why do they matter? What do I need to look for when checking if a site has the power for my project?
For our November meeting, Alex Gidcumb of Millies Engineering Group will be presenting an introduction to electrical design concepts targeting mechanical engineers and architects. He will be discussing the basics of electricity and power and real world examples showing initial system selections. Topics covered will include voltage, electrical phases, power, equipment ratings, service considerations, and low voltage systems.
